For a standard 3-4 song funeral/celebration of life, Meaghan charges $400+HST which includes:
30 Min of Seating Music
As friends and family gather to celebrate your loved one, Meaghan will perform 30 minutes of soft, peaceful instrumental music. This gentle prelude helps set a reflective tone for the ceremony, offering a quiet space for emotional preparation while signaling that the service will soon begin.
3-4 Song Service Music
Depending on the type of service, Meaghan will work closely with you to thoughtfully select 3–4 heartfelt songs that truly reflect your loved one. She’ll also coordinate with the officiant, minister, or funeral home to ensure the selections are included in any printed programs. Whether leading the congregation in song or performing solo between readings, Meaghan’s music adds a meaningful and personal touch to the ceremony.
Sound System Rental
Meaghan provides a compact yet powerful sound system suitable for spaces of all sizes, so there’s no need to worry about rentals or technical setup. Her self-contained system allows for quick setup and teardown, without interfering with any existing audio equipment at funeral homes or churches. Fully wireless and portable, it can also be used outdoors—ideal for more informal celebrations of life held in natural settings.
Mileage Costs
A flat-rate mileage fee will be added to all ceremonies, based on the Prince Edward Island county where the celebration of life is held. This fee helps cover travel from Meaghan’s home in West Prince, including gas and mileage. Thank you for understanding that this charge is necessary for travel outside her local area.
